  • Open from Associate to VP levels (depending on profile, more than 1 headcount open)

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Head of Equity and working closely with a team of Research Analysts, Sales Traders and Corporate Access teams on your daily operations
  • Responsible for increasing sales revenue and market share of institutional accounts across the region
  • Cultivate new clients and develop / maintain existing clients through new business ideas
  • Understand clients’ strategies, their view of market opportunities so as to advise them on the right investment opportunities
  • Determine ways to improve the company’s service to clients and develop a systematic approach to process improvement
  • Communicate timely and provide high quality solutions and service to clients to improve their profitability

Profile of Ideal Candidate: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Institutional equities sales in Regional Market experience is a must
  • Strong institutional client base
  • Sales driven, result-oriented, creative, dynamic, good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a high intensity environment
  • Team player, family culture 
  • Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
