The Company:

Our client, a reputable digital health solutions business is seeking an In Country Lead to enhance the company’s expert advisory and consulting work for claims risk management. This role will be based in Malaysia with APAC travel


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product leads including the expert advisory team to diligently create solutions and options to clients whilst designing and facilitating events.
  • Develop strong relationships within the healthcare market, private providers and medical practices that would be beneficial to the business.
  • Work with the client’s provider management and product design teams to create risk management initiatives to handle claims value.


Requirements:

  • MBBS or a practicing doctor ideally with at least 10 years of relevant working experience. Strong Health Insurance knowledge within the Asian Markets is necessary.
  • Experience with Provider negotiations within hospitals and doctors is needed.
  • Solid understanding of claims cost management with Insurer experience
  • Excellent communication – written and verbal with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Willing to travel within the APAC region.
  • Agile, organized resourceful with a high degree of initiative and proactiveness.
  • Candidates who are based in Malaysia or Singapore will be considered.
