The Role:
A market leader in the industry is seeking a HRIS Manager to join their fast-growing organisation. You will be tasked to lead the implementation of HR transformation initiatives as well as partner with stakeholders to implement a HR technology roadmap for business needs.
Requirements:
Over 8 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
Solid experience on HRIS and HR Platform Project Management and Implementation.
Good understanding of HR processes, policies and analysis.
Strong stakeholder management coupled with competency in HR processes, policies and practices.
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or other business-related fields.
