Join a leading life insurance group in Singapore as BD Director - HNW Bancassurance Partnerships.

In this role, you will be working with bank partners in the High Net Worth/Ultra-High Net Worth Segment and demonstrate your capabilities to achieve the objectives of the bancassurance channel and partner bank.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Conduct market research, and consolidate findings to better implement distribution strategies
  2. Cultivate strong working relationships with bank partners. Understand their needs, support throughout pre and post sales journey.
  3. Commercialise potential business opportunities and propositions.
  4. Continuously contribute towards the product and process development phase internally.
Key Experience and Skills:
  • To be considered, you need at least 10 years of relevant, successful BD and sales experience in the financial services industry.
  • Prior Bancassurance experience, or HNW  insurance will be preferred.
  • You need to demonstrate strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving skills to excel in the role.
  • Your ability to present yourself professionally, alongside  excellent communication skills, and operate with a high level of tact in the HNW/UHNW segment is required.
