About the role:

Join an innovative insurance group business as they seek to consistently create and impact customers and across the industry. The group values innovation, diversity and flexibility in the way their business and people work.

We are now looking for a SME Lead to drive and execute Health care pathway development and design. 

In this new role you will creating roadmap across all Asia markets to influence evidence-based behaviours to achieve sustainable business growth across the Group. You will draw on established frameworks in behavioural science, design new pathways and services to improve quality and efficiency of care provision towards our end customers. 

We are looking to identify the following experience: 
  • Individuals with at least 10 years of experience in behavioural health, health care, public health
  • Individuals with proven experience in designing and deliver customer facing solutions or platforms (insurance , B2C sector) 
  • Behavioural health research work from gathering user needs to analysing and synthesizing research data, translating research into tactical solutions 
  • Experience of developing, implementing and evaluating behavioural change programme in healthcare
