An established brokerage firm is seeking a Head of Trade Management to join them.
 
You will mange the Trade Management team in Singapore; lead and oversee team’s roles and responsibilities. Ensure policies and procedures are up to standards, ownership of the day-to-day operating model and work process. Lead the risk and control environment, work with regional partners to ensure operations are in line with business strategy. Resolve complex trade management issues and conducting post event analysis.
 
The ideal candidate would come with at least 5-7 years’ experience in a Trade Management Leadership role, with strong understanding of wholesale financial services, risk and the financial regulatory landscape.
