The Company:
A leading multi-national Insurance organisation is seeking a high calibre Head of Product based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate would deliver product propositions, lead the team to deliver end to end product implementation, system implementation as well as product launches.


Description:
  • Monitor and pro-actively manage product portfolio to suit the changing needs of customers and distribution.
  • Lead Fund House relationship building and management for ILAS products.
  • Ensure compliance of new product regulation and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Support the Chief Proposition Officer in strategic initiatives and ensure company strategic objectives are met.
  • Manage and lead the existing product development and implementation team


Requirements: -
  • University graduate or above, preferably in Business Administration / Marketing / Statistics / Actuarial or related discipline.
  • Insurance industry professional qualifications (e.g. LOMA, CFA etc.) is an advantage
  • Proven track record of implementing new products with a minimum 10 years’ working experience in product development, management, and marketing in the life insurance industry.
  • Leadership experience in leading and guiding teams to collaborate effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, innovative and agile in working.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and preferably Putonghua
