A reputable banking client is seeking a Head of Global Markets Operations to join the team.
 
Reporting into the Managing Director, the Head of Global Market Operations will be responsible for leading the banking operations team and providing leadership to the business; you will ensure there is strategic improvement opportunities for the operations function and partner internal key business counterparts to drive change and develop the team.
 
The ideal candidate should have at least 20 years relevant experience in global market operations, ideally leading a large team size and have proven track record of senior leadership roles and the ability to collaborate with other department leads.
