A Fintech client is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to join the team.
 
Reporting into the CFO, the Head of FP&A will drive the bank’s financial planning, forecasting, budgeting analysis activities. As a senior member of the Finance team, you will work closely with important stakeholders in the business to perform for the role. Develop financial plans to support the business’ investment plans and participate in new product launches from a finance perspective.
 
The ideal candidate should have at least 12 years relevant finance experience within banking preferably covering consumer banking/retail banking in a FP&A role. Passionate and driven, ability to work independently. Strong leadership skills, communication skills a pre-requisite for the role.
