In this leadership role, you will be overseeing the direct marketing telemarketing teams, lead the strategy and execution of marketing programs. You will identify and develop new business opportunities to drive overall sales growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for Direct Marketing overall P&L.
  • Achieve sales objectives through digital and telemarketing channels.
  • Plan and execute cross-sell campaigns to drive sales.
  • Internally, work with stakeholders to deliver customer propositions and product design to meet partners and customer needs.
  • Supervision of telemarketing and marketing teams to complete marketing projects and sales activities.
  • Develop new partners opportunities and distribution models.
  
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business , Marketing and Management
  • Relevant distribution experience in direct marketing and telemarketing channels.
  • Working experience in general insurance and/or financial institutions.
  • Leadership experience, drive and engage teams to perform and deliver beyond expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills.
