Our client is an international life and health reinsurance business with established presence worldwide, committed to delivering exceptional solutions and service for customers. On behalf, we are looking for a Head of Claims to join the business, oversee and manage their global claims teams. In this role, you will be responsible for delivery of claims servicing , global TPA management, reviewing strategy and framework for FWA , providing medical advice and claims audit. This role will be based in Singapore.  We are seeking for professionals with strong clinical background and relevant experience in insurance and health care claims management, claims quality and audit.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee claims servicing teams,achieve agreed SLA and optimise operational business performance.
  • Internally work with claims teams across key hubs 
  • Externally communicate with Partners and TPAs 
  • Conduct claims audits and reporting 
  • Provision of medical advice, claims adjudication 

Key Requirements 
  • Clinical background and experience.
  • Demonstrate strong experience in claims management and audit, TPA management 
  • Excellent knowledge of insurance and health care industry 
  • Uphold highest standards of quality in claims.
  • Strong leadership experience and skills , managing large teams would be desirable.
