The Role:
Our Client is a leading mainboard listed firm, searching for a high-calibre Corporate Secretariat. The hire is expected to work closely with key business stakeholders and the General Counsel.  There is a preference for a professional with prior inhouse experience who brings along corporate governance best practices to be incorporated. You will be responsible for Group corporate secretarial functions

Requirements:
  • 10 -15 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience
  • Bsc Degree/ICSA Professional qualifications and prior ListCo Company Secretary experience
  • Experience supporting Board of Directors and various Committees, preparing board, board committee and shareholders’ meeting papers and taking minutes of these meetings
  • Draft and review announcements for release to SGX
  • Advise Management on various legal, sustainability reports and corporate policy issues to ensure compliance
  • Good knowledge of corporate governance framework and best practices
