About the Role:
Our client, a global events platform within the FinTech ecosystem, is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive brand recognition, maximize reach, and optimize ROI. This role will own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a growth-focused marketing strategy aligned with brand voice, objectives and communications cadence
  • Own and optimise key marketing channels, including social media, performance marketing and marketing partnerships
  • Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, excitement and revenue growth
  • Ensure high-quality execution and delivery across all marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Build, manage and mentor a high-performing team of marketing specialists
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Design, Sponsorship, Speakers, Community and Operations to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Drive innovation within the marketing function through new tools, technologies and structured approaches
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies across web3, AI and FinTech

Our Ideal Candidate:
  • 5–10+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Partnership roles within Fintech/SaaS platforms/AI Companies
  • Strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on growth, ROI and impact
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Highly resilient, with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Strong writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse internal teams
