A Fintech firm (Digital Bank) is seeking a FP&A VP to join the team.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will perform management information accounting, data analytics to drive business decisions. You will work with internal stakeholders i.e. technology, product, data teams for performance management. Budgeting, forecasting, planning and strategic planning will be essential skillsets for the role. Develop models for business strategy planning to optimize financial performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 8-12 years’ experience in FP&A/business planning/Finance & Accounting in a relevant industry. Candidates with strong business partner, change management skills and leadership skills will be highly considered.
