The Company:

Leading investment bank is looking for a talented Assistant Financial Reporting Manager to join their Project Team.  You will be involved with supporting the BAU and users to deliver on projects and support in a Functional Business Analyst role.  An exciting opportunity to work in a diverse environment, acting as a key business partner to the business.


Responsibilities:
  • Business analyst, understanding the project objective and ensuring all user requirements are properly captured
  • Supporting the finance and accounting users
  • Liaising between the user and the IT department
  • UAT Testing
  • Provide support to the Finance team in daily production tasks
  • Lead and drive transformation projects in Finance, any changes in the business & regulatory reporting requirements
  • Project Management
  • Regulatory reporting


Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Part qualified or qualified accountant
  • Adequate knowledge under IFRS
  • Knowledge on front to back operations and financial products would be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates initiative
  • Team player
