The Role:
My Client is a leading Investment Bank and we are looking for a FCC Compliance Manager for the Singapore office. You will be given the autonomy to spearhead new FCC Compliance polices and framework across the region, and work closely with a wider team across Asia.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and spearhead the FCC and AML policies across SG and HK.
  • Provide FCC Compliance and Business Advisory to global stakeholders
  • Act as the MLRO and ensure that all transactions are in line with the rules and regulations
  • Review KYC policies and ensure that they are in line with policies and procedures
  • Conduct and spearhead Enterprise Risk and AML policies for the group entity.
 
Requirements:
  • A bachelors degree in a reputable university
  • At least 8 to 10 years in FCC Compliance – ideally with some experience in KYC / CDD
  • Financial Crime or AML related certification – ACAMS etc
  • Experience in working with MAS / HKMA
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
