An opportunity has come up with one of Singapore’s well known, reputable real estate brands. We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a Managerial role with over 15 years of experience at a minimum.  
 
The ideal candidate would possess strong analytical skills, have excellent problem solving ability and strong leadership skills. They will have a bachelor’s degree in related field (Economics, Business) along with previous Real Estate experience. The candidate will come from a public accounting background (big 4 preferred) along with real estate industry experience or related field. In order to succeed in the role, the candidate must have a good command of English and report writing skills, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, drive for client service excellence, strong ability to lead a team of like-minded professionals.

 
Some responsibilities are listed below but not limited to:

  • Developing financial strategy, including risk minimisation plans and opportunity forecasting
  • Preparation of budgets, forecasting future financial performance for the business
  • Preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance
  • Providing accurate financial reports to management
