My client is an asset management firm with a global presence looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to support senior management.

Key Responsibilities include: 
  • Competencies in managing complex and detailed calendars, including dealing with multiples and or urgent meeting conflicts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to effectively handle changing priorities
  • Organise and coordinate travel itineraries, including submission of travel expense claims
  • Undertake other projects and administrative duties as assigned 

Successful Candidate's background: 
  • At least 5 to 8 years’ experience in administrative support function within the banking and financial services industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills is a pre-requisite to communicate and work collaboratively across stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Self-driven with strong organisational skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
