My Client is a leading Medical Device Firm and they are looking for a Compliance and Ethics candidate to join the team in Singapore. This is a global organization and we are looking for candidates who are keen to grow their career in a leading brand name within the industry.
Responsibilities:
- To implement and roll out Compliance programs in the region
- End to end Compliance duties such as Anti Bribery, Code of Conduct, FCPA etc
- To support any new systems and training related to Compliance
- Ensure that the Compliance polices are in line with local laws and regulations
- Implement new Data Privacy policies and procedures
- Any other adhoc Compliance related projects and processes.
Requirements:
- 5 to 12 years of Compliance experience in a Corporate setting – preferably in Healthcare / Pharma etc
- Experience in anti corruption laws / FCPA / Code of conduct etc
- Understanding in Data Privacy and PDPA laws
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
