  • Candidates must have strategic consulting experience in a reputed company, preferably within consumer goods, FMCG, retail, healthcare, pharma and life sciences sectors

Responsibilities would include:
  • Interact with the client’s management team
  • Take charge of the day-to-day execution of the mandated projects and take ownership of the deliverables, preparing the analysis and structuring your presentation to deliver to clients
  • Manage junior team members by giving them guidance or mentorship
  • Play a key role in driving their workstream’s overall answer and final materials, client communication, work planning, and team management
  • Use thought leadership and sound business judgment to drive their own and their workstream’s research and analysis
  • Communicate data, knowledge and insights to the entire team. Deliver audience-right high-quality presentations.
  • Understand client needs, generate and screen solutions based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable next steps
Profile of ideal candidate: 
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree 
  • Minimum 6-10 years of strategic consulting experience in a reputed strategy consulting company with a proven track record
  • Mandatory: Growth Strategy / Go-To-Market / Strategy Consulting experience
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Solid functional knowledge such as strategy, business development, marketing and sales, etc.
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Demonstrated leadership capability in a team environment: take initiatives and resolve problems in an innovative manner, create opportunities for others, and take risks as seen through leadership roles
