  • Candidates must have relevant experience in structured finance/ investment banking preferably within the Infra/ TMT/digital infrastructure space
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead origination, structuring and execution of financing solutions (i.e acquisition finance, mezz finance, holdco finance, non-recourse financing) for digital infrastructure transactions
  • Actively pitch tailored financial solutions to clients by leveraging on industry knowledge, expertise and risk assessment
  • Manage relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders to identify new business and cross sell opportunities to improve and maximize returns
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the digital infrastructure sector
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders
  • Build, review & run sensitivities on robust financial model/cash flow to assess feasibility and profitability of projects, accounting for various scenarios
  • Support senior management in executing strategic directions and contribute to thought leadership within the digital infrastructure finance space
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project structured finance, debt, advisory, investment banking, coverage with a focus on TMT/ Infra/digital infrastructure preferred
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale financing projects from inception to closing
  • Strong analytical skills and financial modeling technicals 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Driven professional with high level of personal and professional integrity and work ethics
