  • Permanent headcount, Singapore based (open to relocation candidates)
  • Corporate Finance advisory firm
  • Budget attractive: Base + profit sharing scheme


Responsibilities would include:

  • Report directly to Founder / Chairman of the firm
  • Looking for 10 yearer – Must have previous experience doing 5 Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) / Reverse Takeovers (RTOs)
  • You must have also advised in a managerial or supervisory capacity i.e have at least 1 team member reporting to you for each of the 5 transactions
  • Deal origination, client relationship management, able to execute investment banking transactions
  • Lead and oversee the corporate finance team
  • Actively involved in KYC and due diligence processes on potential clients and current Catalist deals
  • Independent financial advisor to a few SGX-listed companies
  • Involvement as part of the sponsor team for a few Catalist listed companies
  • Involvement in multiple deal pitching for fund raising activities and placement exercises for IPO


Profile of Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 10-15 years of experience in investment banking/ advisory / corporate finance from sellside/ advisory firms/ banks/ boutiques
  • Strong work ethic and excellent attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
  • Analytical and numerate with accounting and finance knowledge
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Family culture, able to work in a lean team, good team player
  • Good client and stakeholder management skills
