We have an exciting role with a market leading 3PL company who are looking to hire a Director of Logistics to be based in the Philippines and join their top management team. This role offers a great opportunity to manage the overall P&L for the business whilst managing a team of direct reporting managers.

As a Director of Logistics your primary functions will be to support the growth and expansion of the business. You will be in charge of managing the strategy and operations for the logistics of the 3PL’s distribution network, dealing with the first mile, fulfilment centers, distribution, and last mile delivery.

This position requires an individual with a Master’s Degree in Business, Economics or Finance, as well as relevant managerial experience in Logistics, warehouse, and regional distribution centers. You will possess a proven track record in leading and managing large teams as well as having strong stakeholder management skills. In country landscape knowledge and experience is a preference.
