About the Role:
We are partnering with a leading international financial institution in search for a FX Sales and Structuring Specialist to join their high-performing eSales team in Singapore. This position involves crafting innovative fixed income solutions for institutional clients, encompassing FX, Rates, Credit, and Commodities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovative Structuring: Crafting customised solutions that align with the unique needs of institutional clients.
  • Client Engagement: Forging and maintaining strong partnerships with key institutional clients, identifying their strategic goals and offering tailored solutions that evolve with their requirements.
  • Market Strategy: Advising institutional clients on go-to-market strategies informed by market dynamics, trends, and insights.
  • Performance Management: Developing comprehensive analytics and presenting performance reports that demonstrate the value and impact of solutions on client portfolios.

What You Bring:
  • Experience: Min. 8 years of proven experience in Sales or Structuring within banking and financial services.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of FX, Rates, and Credit markets, with a track record of successfully delivering integrated financial solutions to institutional clients.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional skills in managing client relationships and building trust through a consultative sales approach.
  • Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic trading platforms and the ability to leverage technology to enhance client solutions.
