The Role:
Our client, a fast growing Asia-centric asset manager, is expanding the legal team. They are seeking a senior lawyer with deal and origination experience. You will work on a range of legal matters across funds, investments and transactions.

Requirements:
  • Admitted to the Singapore Bar, Min 8-10 years’ legal experience within financial services or asset management, preferably with exposure to alternative investment, deal and origination
  • Draft, review, and negotiate fund documentation, IMA, and client contracts.
  • Advise on the formation, structuring, and ongoing governance of private funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and other alternative investment vehicles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive team player attitude, capable of working independently and quickly understanding various businesses.
