The Role:
My client is a leading Investment Bank and we are looking for a seasoned Credit Risk professional to join the team in Singapore. You will be given the autonomy to oversee and spearhead new projects in the Credit Risk function, and will be working directly with senior and global stakeholders across the Bank at a group level.  

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and spearhead new Credit Risk policies to ensure they are in line with regulations
  • Develop Risk frameworks in line with Investment Banking products
  • Ensure Internal Controls are in place to manage exposure
  • Oversee any Counterparty Credit Risk related assessments
  • Manage exposure across complex instruments such as derivatives and prime brokerage services
  • Define and implement credit limits and stress test methodologies for the Bank.
 
You must:
  • A bachelors degree in a reputable university
  • At least 10 years in a Credit Risk role, ideally from an Investment Bank
  • Strong understanding of Investment Banking products
  • Familiarity with topics such as counterparty credit, capital markets, derivatives risks, etc.
  • Ability to communicate well with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills
