The Role:
We are mandated by leading offshore law firm to seek a seasoned Corporate Services Manager to join the team. You will oversee the effective management and support of corporate administration professionals, ensuring seamless client service delivery.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of corporate administration specialists, setting clear performance goals and providing guidance for their professional development
  • Ensure the proper management and maintenance of client service portfolios, adhering to the firm's policies and procedures
  • Handle complex or escalated client inquiries, serving as a subject matter expert and point of contact
  • Maintain the corporate administration precedent database and collaborate on the development of standard client forms
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies as needed and work closely with the Finance team to manage billing, accounts receivables, and work-in-progress
  • Contribute to the implementation of new processes and assist with corporate services projects as required
  • Deputize for the Corporate Services Manager during absences and support the department as needed
  • Manage the team's financial performance, identifying revenue opportunities and optimizing budgets
  • Ensure the team's compliance with AML/KYC regulations and maintain a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
 
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Undergraduate degree in a business-related field with at least 8+ years of solid corporate administration experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in a senior-level supervisory or management role, overseeing a team of corporate administration professionals
  • HKCGI or STEP qualified
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin for internal & external communications and engagement
