The Role:
Our client is an international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a corporate associate in their team. You will be working closely with partners and senior associates to handle cases related to M&A and equity capital market transactions. You will also cover general commercial matters including IPO and listings of shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Requirements:
- 2 – 4 PQE Hong Kong Qualified Lawyers
- Solid Experience in Corporate Areas
- Proficient in English and Chinese
