Responsibilities would include:
  • Evaluate potential investment opportunities and projects across Southeast Asia, contribute to organic and inorganic growth of the group
  • Support senior leadership with critical financial decision-making and the execution of strategic initiatives and projects currently in the pipeline
  • Support execution of M&A transactions, including doing due diligence, developing proposals, presentation materials, data analytics, financial and valuation analysis, building financial models
  • Support execution of capital raising, debt financing, and equity offerings, including preparing materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Research on market trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks to provide insights that guide financial strategies
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, senior leadership, and external parties such as legal, tax and other advisory teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
 
Profile of ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 2-3 years of working experience in corporate finance / Big 4 advisory / investment banking/ financial advisory / in-house corporate development
  • Strong financial modelling, M&A, valuation and financial analysis
  • Hands-on experience with M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and deal execution.
  • A strong team player that is self-driven, responsive, positive attitude and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial information and present it in a clear, concise manner to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
