Looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to work for a global manufacturing company out in Tuas. This role will offer you the chance to be part of the team on larger projects as well as run your own smaller projects.

Would suit people who want to work on a larger site with more projects or somebody who wants to move away from a standard production role to focus on Continuous Improvement.

The Continuous Improvement Engineer will:
  • Lead and support process improvement projects across the site
  • Provide training to staff in continuous improvement
  • Perform your own analysis and suggest improvement ideas

The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be / have:
  • Experience working in pharmaceutical, food or chemical manufacturing environment
  • Experience in running continuous improvement projects
  • Ideally a Lean Six Sigma certification but not essential
