The Role:
The company is a world leader in providing integrated corporate advisory and compliance solutions to its clients across onshore and offshore markets. Due to rapid business expansion, they are seeking a Compliance Manager to join their global compliance team in providing strategic and prompt guidance to a large portfolio of diverse clients.
 

In your new role, you will:
  • Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individual and financial institutions based in Asia with the support of junior associates
  • Communicate the needs of clients and provide the best compliance solutions and personalised services across multiple jurisdictions
  • Assist with the client onboarding process, handle queries and escalated technical issues where necessary
  • Be a bridge between different stakeholders, including third-party service providers and reporting authorities, in managing risk and compliance matters
  • Maintain the functionality of compliance systems and controls as well as data monitoring programme


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Corporate Governance, or related disciplines
  • 5 to 8 years of compliance or regulatory experience in the financial/ investment industry
  • Compliance knowledge and experience in offshore markets would be an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
