The Role:
My Client is a global hedge fund and we are looking for a Compliance and Finance Analyst for the Singapore office. We are looking for candidates who are keen to take on a well-rounded role across the Middle Office and Finance space. This is also a high visibility role, with exposure to the C levels in the business.

Responsibilities:
  • To conduct KYC and CDD related checks on new and existing clients
  • Supporting legal and compliance matters such as reviewing compliance policies & procedures and simple legal documentation.
  • Timely review and filing of any financial and regulatory reports and surveys
  • Support day-to-day compliance and finance related work
  • Support fund and manager corporate secretarial matters
 
Requirements:
  • A Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Middle Office / Compliance / Finance function
  • Prior experience in Financial Services – Funds / Fund Admin / Banks etc
  • A careful and diligent person who has good attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
  • Self starter and independent worker but a team player
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
