We have an exciting role with a Global 3rd Party Logistics Provider who are looking to hire a Client Services Assistant Manager. This role will report to and assist the Client Services Manager whilst offering the opportunity to manage and oversee a team of Client Service Specialists.
As the Client Services Assistant Manager your job responsibilities will include the management of inventory to maintain optimum levels of stock as well as the management of key client accounts and monitoring and reporting of service key performance indicators. You will lead improvement initiatives and projects whilst managing the performance of your teams, whilst training and developing employees for further development.
This position requires an experienced and qualified professional with a degree qualification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or relevant, as well as experience in inventory management, customer account management and leading a team. Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
