Responsibilities:
Implement the strategic goals layout by the Board, formulate and execute plans in accordance with the company's established development goals and timeline.
Take comprehensive responsibility for the daily operations and management of the company, advancing activities related to product registration, clinical trials, commercial production, and the construction of sales systems, etc.
Prioritize research and development management, accomplishing the construction of a comprehensive research and development system.
Enhance company culture, system development, and talent team construction.
Requirements:
Degree in biomedical engineering, automatic control, mechanical manufacturing, automation, electronic engineering, and related fields are preferred
15+ years' experience in medical devices industry, of which 10 years in people management role
Past experience as CEO / COO / VP / GM in medical devices research or production co preferred
Have experience in full product lifecycle management of medical devices from R&D, registration, to production and sales
