Are you a commercially driven leader with a passion for growing markets through strong channel partnerships? Our client, a global player in the medical devices space, is expanding in Vietnam and looking for an experienced Channel Partnership Manager to oversee and accelerate growth across the market.
This is a pivotal leadership role which will work closely with the regional GM and high-performing distributors to shape market strategy, drive commercial outcomes, and build long-term capabilities.

💼 What You’ll Lead

As the Channel Partnership Manager, you will be the commercial owner for Vietnam. Your scope includes:

🔹 Market Strategy & Growth
  • Analyse market dynamics, access channels, and competitor landscape to develop a robust go-to-market strategy.
  • Build segmentation models, identify growth opportunities, and align strategy with local distributor teams.

🔹 Channel Partner Development & Management
  • Identify, evaluate and onboard the right channel partners aligned to portfolio needs and geographical access.
  • Drive performance through structured reviews covering sales, distribution coverage, marketing activities, SFE, and inventory health.
  • Ensure partners have the tools, training, compliance support and resources to execute effectively.

🔹 Marketing, KOL & Medical Development
  • Work with Regional/MEA Marketing to shape campaigns, professional education initiatives, and market development plans.
  • Build and engage a KOL network for product evaluations, workshops, and clinical education programs.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Regulatory, QA, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain and HR to ensure smooth operations and timely launches.
  • Lead and support key market projects and ensure compliance across all activities.

✔️ What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with demonstrated expertise in:
  • Distributor management & performance optimisation
  • Negotiation of distribution agreements with strong commercial acumen
  • Project management across multiple stakeholders
  • Risk assessment and mitigation within channel operations
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing execution, and demand generation in healthcare or related industries
  • Experience within medical devices, pharma, or healthcare preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
