A renowned bank in Singapore is seeking a VP/SVP for the Capital Management team. This is a strategic role sat in the broader Corporate Treasury team and would be working closely with the Corporate Treasurer and CFO on Capital Strategies.
 
The role would be working closely with senior management in coming up with capital strategies maximize and optimize capital structure for the bank in line with Capital requirements from regulators. You will work with other Corporate Treasury teams such as the structuring teams, issuance team etc, in ensuring a optimal capital structure for the bank on an ongoing basis.
 
The ideal candidate would have at least 6-10 years of experience in a similar strategic Capital Management role with a track record of working on detailed group-level capital plans, analysing and assessing potential corporate transactions and impact on balance sheet. You should have a strong understanding of local and global banking regulatory landscape.
