The Company:

Our client, a leading global insurance group is seeking a skilled HNW Business Development Manager to join their team. This role will be based in Hong Kong


Responsibilities:

  • Handling and monitoring multiple strategic projects and initiatives within the company’s portfolio.
  • Develop and monitor sales for the HNW channel to achieve the company’s overall sales target.
  • Work closely with internal teams including the Chief Distribution Officer to develop sales and marketing strategies.
  • Develop new business ideas as well as maintaining existing relationships.


Requirements:

  • University degree ideally in Marketing or related fields
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferably in a sales marketing and channel management capacity within a Life Insurance firm
  • Fluency in Mandarin is essential for internal & external communications and engagement
  • Professional qualifications in Life Insurance would be highly advantageous.
  • Proactive, communicative and out of the box thinking with excellent presentation skills.
  • Candidates who are based in Hong Kong only.
