Our client is a global leader in institutional digital asset liquidity, bridging traditional finance and crypto. With offices across Europe, Asia, and the US, they provide 24/7 deep pricing in spot, derivatives, and funding solutions to hedge funds, asset managers, banks, brokerages, and exchanges.
 
They are seeking a driven Business Development professional to join their Singapore office, reporting directly to the Head of Sales, APAC. This role will focus on expanding and strengthening institutional relationships across the region, particularly within OTC spot, derivatives, and funding.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate and grow relationships with hedge funds, family offices, private wealth, banks, brokers, and exchanges.
  • Drive revenue growth across OTC products, including spot crypto, options, structured products, and funding solutions.
  • Execute client acquisition strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global trading, product, and operations teams.
  • Represent the firm at client meetings and major industry events.
 
Requirements:
  • 5–10 years of institutional sales / business development experience in financial markets.
  • Strong background in derivatives, structured products, or options.
  • Proven track record of originating and growing institutional business with revenue impact.
  • Knowledge of digital assets highly advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-growth environment.
