Responsibilities would include:
  • Assist in the delivery of the overall Climate & Sustainability agenda
  • Deliver corporate sustainability advisory services including sustainability strategy development, Sustainability Assurance, Consulting, ESG materiality assessment, carbon accounting and sustainability reporting
  • Build trust around client’s ESG disclosures by delivering high quality assurance over ESG and other non-financial information
  • Support client acquisition and client engagement work
  • Engage in business development and client pursuit efforts, develop relationships and help build a pipeline of inbound and outbound projects to sell and deliver
  • Establish strong international network of external stakeholders including clients and industry associations and participate in regional and international conferences and client event
  • Drive client discussions and workshops with executives of corporate organisations and external partners
  • Lead on-ground research and author thought leadership and reports

Profile of Ideal Candidate: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Years of experience: min 3-6 years, with lots of interest/ passion in the ESG & Sustainability field, genuinely keen to drive change and create impact
  • Good stakeholder management - Comfortable working consultatively with multiple teams and ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Someone who enjoys client outreach and industry engagement
  • Self starter, Responsive to clients
  • Proactive in outreach and follow-up
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Family culture, good team player
