The Role:
A prestigious international law firm is seeking an exceptional business development and marketing professional to join their dynamic team in a strategic role. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to drive significant growth and elevate the firm's visibility.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with practice group leaders to develop and execute comprehensive business plans, budgets, and go-to-market strategies
  • Spearhead all aspects of the pitching and proposal process, including opportunity identification, client research, message development, and pricing analysis
  • Devise and implement innovative marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns to support the firm's strategic objectives
  • Manage the firm's client program and conduct in-depth client listening activities to uncover insights and drive enhanced client experience
  • Work closely with the international PR team to enhance the firm's brand awareness and media presence in local and regional markets
  • Ensure the ongoing maintenance and optimization of key marketing collateral, directories, and information systems
  • Expertly execute a diverse range of events, webinars, and thought leadership activities
  • Contribute to special projects and research initiatives as needed

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin for internal & external communications and engagement
  • In-depth understanding of the legal services industry and the challenges and opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new digital marketing tools and systems
