  • Sector: Real Estate (mandatory to have some experience here)
  • Reporting to Head of Investments
 

Responsibilities:

  • Role comprises 50% of Business Development / Deal Sourcing (frontline role, must be comfortable with sales, able to run your own P&L)
  • Another half of the role comprises of the Investment function (hence NEED some experience or knowledge of financial modelling)
  • Conducting market research on target locations and demographics
  • Support the Investments team in the process of sourcing, negotiation and closing of new deals
  • Undertaking pricing and financial analysis, valuation, due-diligence, structuring, financial modelling to support the investment process
  • Analysis of potential residential sub-markets
  • Sourcing of deal leads through outbound cold calls and emails
  • Updating database with new deals/leads
  • Assist with the contract documentation process
  • Staying up-to-date with industry news and trends. Manage market intelligence, collate and analyse global market / industry information
 

Profile of Ideal Candidate: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in real estate BD / Investments / Capital Markets/ REITs
  • Strategic-minded, detail oriented and strong quantitatively
  • Good stakeholder management, can liaise with clients
  • Possess good communication, professional and interpersonal skills to establish good rapport and working relationship with stakeholders
  • Able to work independently, be proactive, able to prioritize and operate under tight deadlines
  • Can adapt to family culture, flexible and multi-task
  • Self-motivated, thrives in a small team, fast-growing lean and dynamic environment
