My client is a dynamic and growing Insurance brokerage dedicated to providing tailored financial solutions to their clients. As part of expansion and growth plans, they are seeking a Broker to join the team.

As a Broker, you will play a pivotal role in helping your clients protect their assets and mitigate risk through various financial products. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse clientele and develop financial strategies to meet their unique needs. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and build a client base by identifying and contacting potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and changes in regulations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Proven experience as an Insurance Broker or in a similar sales role. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for helping clients.
