Client Details:
An excellent opportunity to join a well-respected law firm with a strong corporate practice. They are currently seeking a Billing Coordinator to join them.

Description:
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of pre-bill content, including typos, consistency, and billing details, before submission to lawyers for approval.
  • Liaise with lawyers, paralegals, and the accounts team to facilitate timely and accurate billing, ensuring client-specific instructions are followed.
  • Verify that invoices, bill breakdowns, and cover letters correctly reflect pre-bill instructions, including invoice numbers, amounts, and addressee details.
  • Address client queries related to billing and ensure all specific billing requirements.
  • Assist with other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Profile:
  • Degree in Accounting of Finance would be an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of experiences in Accounting or Customer Services
  • Positive working attitude, ability to multitask, and perform under pressure. 
  • Good interpersonal and language skills (both Chinese and English)
