The Brief
- Exciting internal regulations and framework implementation opportunity with a large Asian investment firm
- Leading role in implementing compliance controls
- Experience with internal compliance policies preferable
Our Client is a leading investment firm seeking an Internal & Regulatory Compliance AVP/VP based in Singapore. You will be ensuring the Firm’s strict compliance to prevailing regulations, implementing controls where necessary and mitigating risks arising from the Firm’s regional activities, pertaining to ABC, gifts and entertainment and data protection policies.
You will:
- Have at least 7 years within a similar setting, preferably with a known Financial Institution.
- Have proficient working experience advising and implementing ABC, gifts and entertainment and data protection policies.
- Have expert knowledge of regulatory framework – SFA, MAS notices and sanctions regulations.
- Be a strong communicator and possess excellent people-management skills.
- Additional Compliance certification will be advantageous
