A stable regional bank is looking for a AVP/VP Internal Auditor to join the Internal Audit team to be based in Singapore. This is a generic audit role covering front to back audits.

As part of the audit team, you will lead and/or execute internal audits over all Banking areas in Singapore. You will support continuous risk monitoring and develop core banking and internal audit competencies through internal and external training programs. You will be exposed to audits across retail and consumer banking, private banking, commercial banking, corporate banking, treasury and investment banking.

The ideal candidate would come from Banking audit background. Given the nature of the Bank, internal/external audit or compliance experience, preferably in a financial institution, and well-versed with risk management, regulatory compliance and internal controls ideal. Professional qualifications such as CA/ACCA/CPA/FRM would be advantageous. As an internal auditor, strong communication skills would be a pre-requisite due to the need to partner with senior stakeholders.
