  • Open to candidates from real estate/ infrastructure /related fields, debt financing, debt capital markets, structured finance, corporate banking (some related sector experience is mandatory)
 
Responsibilities would include:
  • Responsible for arranging and managing debt financing globally for the firm’s investment teams
  • Participate in evaluation and review of optimal financing structures for projects, analyse and recommend the appropriate strategy to raise new debt/refinance
  • Assist in negotiating financing term sheets and credit agreements with lenders and external counsel
  • Track and monitor loan portfolio, loan covenants, review refinancing needs and contribute to the leverage review on loans taken
  • Good stakeholder management - Coordinate the internal financing approval process with other internal stakeholders
  • Financial modelling, understanding financial structures
  • Assist in preparing internal and external presentations
  • Coordinate transaction execution workstreams
 
Profile of Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Years of experience: 4-7 years AVP - preferably in real estate or infrastructure debt financing, debt capital markets, structured finance, leveraged finance, corporate banking  
  • Team player, family culture
  • Good understanding of financial structures
  • Detail oriented, results oriented, analytical, good with financial analysis / modelling and numbers
  • Strong work ethics and excellent attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Mandatory: Able to speak conversational Mandarin to potentially deal with Chinese clients as this role spans North Asia as well
