A global banking client is seeking a AVP, Japanese-speaking Client Services to join the team.
 
In this role, you will be supporting client services responsibilities for the bank’s Digital Banking Services covering Securities Market. This includes providing e-training to clients and internal stakeholders for the digital platform. You will face clients to provide consultation services to the relevant stakeholders for day-to-day activities and ensuring that projects are well executed.
 
The ideal candidate should have at least 5-7 years relevant operations/client services experience from banking/financial services background. Written and spoken Japanese and English are pre-requisites for the role as you will be required to liaise with Japanese stakeholders.
