A reputable Investment client is seeking a AVP, Business Management (Real Estate) to join the team.
The successful candidate will drive the Real Estate Business for Joint Venture vendor ODD, ensuring that all operations governance are up to business standards. This includes ensuring any risk gaps are accurately identified and remediated, periodic reviews of business process to meet market best practices, working with transaction managers and covering any new project initiatives and execution.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5-8 years experience in an internal audit/enterprise risk, ideally with Real Estate Experience. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills a pre-requisite for the role, as you will be required to collaborate with key internal and external business stakeholders.
