   Responsibilities would include: 
  • Recruiting for various levels, from Analyst2 to Associate/AVP level depending on years of experience (at least 2-6 years, title will be given accordingly to years of experience)
  • Participating in full origination and execution initiatives from pitch phase to closing, by working with colleagues in other teams on a wide range of advisory and financing solutions (mainly M&A)
  • Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies
  • Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyse the impacts of different capital structures and potential financing, debt capital markets or M&A transactions
  • Support the preparation of presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance
  • Provide industry expertise, research and financial analysis of markets & industries based off company information, research reports and other information sources
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on clients and targets
  • Good stakeholder management, coordinating efforts with deal team members and liaise with different teams and stakeholders
  • Keeping in the loop of all sector trends, market knowledge and industry developments
 
Profile of Ideal Candidate: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in Investment banking / Corporate Finance advisory (Title / pay will be given accordingly)
  • Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a high intensity environment
  • Team Player, family culture
  • Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision 
  • Detail oriented with good financial analysis skills
  • Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem solving abilities and excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
  • Strong problem solving skills
