  • Candidates must have relevant experience in investment banking, private equity. Focus on Asia or emerging markets

Responsibilities would include:
  • Invest with leading private equity secondary sponsors and participate in a wide array of secondary deals involving the acquisition of private equity fund stakes and GP-led transactions
  • Support management of Funds and Co-Investments portfolio through the analysis, purchase, and sale of assets through the secondary market
  • Build Excel-based models to value operating companies, funds, portfolios, and structured transactions
  • Support the preparation of deal memos and assist in presenting to the Investment Committee
  • Represent the firm in engagements with private equity managers, company management teams, counterparties, and intermediaries during due diligence and ongoing monitoring
  • Coordinate with other strategy groups (Funds, Direct Investments, Venture, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Public Markets) to evaluate and execute secondary investment opportunities
  • Assist in the deal closing process

Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field (open to relocation candidates)
  • Interest in building a career in private equity secondaries
  • Strong academic credentials and a track record of high performance
  • Good understanding of corporate finance and proficiency in financial modelling
  • Demonstrated maturity, professional presence, organizational skills, and strong verbal communication abilities
